This Personal Information allows us to fulfil our commitment to you to notify you of any alarm situations on your vessel and provide you with the most up-to-date statistics about your boat on an on-going basis as outlined in the service plan you have selected.

Your Personal Information and financial information are kept for as long as you are HarborMaster and/or FleetMaster member. Should you wish to revoke your membership, we undertake to remove your Person Information form our active database as soon as possible. To make such a request, send an email to europeansales@beaconmarine.com stating your desire. Your Personal Information will be deleted as soon as possible, in accordance with our policy of deletion of data and with the applicable laws on the matter. We may be required to keep in our files some of the information which you would like deleted in case of litigation, to resolve future problems and to apply our Terms and Conditions. In particular, we may retain your financial information to prevent any risk of fraud or to conform to the applicable legal provisions. You should therefore not expect that all your Personal Information is immediately deleted.

Right of modification and deletion of your Personal Information:

The desire to modify or delete certain information may require you to revoke your membership and/or stop the use of your HarborMaster and/or FleetMaster device.
