Our Monitoring packages are based on the number of messages sent to/from your HarborMaster unit (alarm messages, acknowledgement messages, statistics messages, remote control command messages, remote command confirmation messages, test messages, boot-up messages) and from the Alarm Notification System (voice calls, SMS messages, faxes).

Our premium package is for boaters who want maximum protection and comfort and to know all the details about their boat's crucial systems on a regular basis, and to get information when you want it. This package give you 60 messages per month to use for alarms, status update messages, two-way remote commands and notification messages.

Our basic package will give boaters peace-of-mind, knowing their boat is safe and secure, along with statistics reports to help them keep in tune with their boat's activity. This package gives you 20 messages per month to use for alarms, status update messages, two-way remote commands and notification messages.  

For both packages, an unlimited number of email notification messages is included as well as unlimited access to the website.

Whatever package you choose, you will receive alarms that will notify you of any unusual or potentially dangerous situations on your boat, including a high water trigger, low battery or unusual bilge pump activity.

The status update message can be programmed to be sent daily, weekly or monthly and provides the web server a complete update on the status of your HarborMaster unit which you can view from your password protected personal account.

The HarborMaster comes with a default pre-scheduled weekly status update reporting period, which will use four (maximum five) messages per month. You can change your HarborMaster pre-scheduled reporting period at any time.

At any time you can look at your account status in real-time on the website and see how many messages you have used in the current billing period.

Any transmissions over and above what is included in your package will be an additional cost as outlined below.

A mapping service is provided where clicking on the GPS coordinates shows the position of your boat on a pop-up map, and clicking on the GPS Position title shows the last 10 position of your boat on a pop-up map. These maps are charged on a per map basis of € 0.10 for each map downloaded. 5 free map downloads per month are included in the Basic Service Plan and 10 free map downloads in the Premium Service Plan.

There is a €50 activation fee to set up and begin your HarborMaster service. This fee will be added to your credit card bill following your first month of service.
